NewWaves:

• Q: What are your trading hours?

  The office is attended from 8.30am – 5pm (E.S.T.) Monday to Friday. Orders and stock checks can be done anytime online. In that respect we are always open.

• Q: What does “Delivering maximum value” mean?

  Our mission is to give the greatest value in all aspects of our business. Our distributors are our promotional partners, and as such should expect the best from us. We endevour to exceed those expectations with price, delivery, quality and service. For all orders. Always.

• Q: Who can purchase products from NewWaves?

  Only qualified promotional product resellers, printers and embroiderers are able to buy products directly from New Waves.

• Q: What is Quoz?

  Quoz is the brand name of our own apparel and Merchandiser. It is exclusive to New Waves.

• Q: Where is the stock kept?

  We have a large warehouse in Revesby, in South-western Sydney. We can dispatch from there to anywhere in Australasia.

• Q: Can I visit the NewWaves warehouse in Revesby?

  Qualified customers are encouraged to visit us anytime. We have an extensive showroom, and can offer professional advice and solutions. If you wish your customer to accompany you, we also welcome that, however we would appreciate an appointment being made in such cases.

• Q: Is there someone that can come out to see me?

  We currently have account managers in NSW and Victoria who are able to visit with clients. If you wish to see an account manager, please contact the Sales Manager.

• Q: How do I place my orders?

  Orders can be placed by fax, email or online. We strongly discourage phone orders

• Q: How fast will I receive an order?

  Most orders are dispatched the same day they are received, or overnight if received after 2pm.

• Q: If you are out of stock of an item how long will it take to get it?

  We are able to replenish our stock from our own factory in China. You can expect a delay of approximately 3 - 6 weeks.

• Q: How do I get samples? And what will they cost?

  A qualified customer can order samples at full price by placing an order in their normal way. We will accept these for return in good order and condition. Showroom fit-outs and samples in bulk should be discussed with your account manager.

• Q: What are the charges for freight from Sydney to other states?

  Our freight rates are outlined on our price list. The carton quantities are also listed there. We charge a flat per carton rate for everybody. You are, of course, able to use your own freight company.

• Q: Do you have size charts for clothing?

  Each apparel item on the website and in our printed catalogue has a size chart. Styles will vary in sizing because their uses may differ. A slim fitting garment will have different sizing to a loose fitting garment.

• Q: What about Garment standards?

  All Garments conform to the Aus/NZ standards ,as published on our website. All garments are manufactured to our own strict quality standards and carry full washing instruction labels.

• Q: How safe is my personal information?

  We do not share any information. Your contact details will only be used us to contact you. We do not store credit card or banking information.

• Q; How long is a quote valid for?

  All stock pricing is valid until a new price list comes out. We endevour to maintain our pricing for a 12 month period.

  All indent quotations will only remain valid for 30 days and should be re-quoted if the order has not proceeded. Due to the volatility of the US dollar the price may have risen, or indeed dropped in that time.

• Q: What is Promo2Bdirect?

  It is a sourcing platform for you to find the individualized item that is perfect for you. It allows you to search a range of Chinese manufacturers who are affiliated with us. You then quote via us, in $AUS. You can source, or create anything from this website.

• Q: Do you decorate your own apparel and merchandise?

  We do not currently have in-house decoration available. We are able to recommend local apparel printers and we can arrange printing on our merchandise. Pricing for this is found on the back page of our pricelist.

• Q: What is APPA?

  NewWaves is proudly and Australian Supplier and member of APPA. The Australasian Promotional Products Association is our member association. It is the only association in the promotional products industry offering member suppor. Members of APPA agree to trade with integrity and professionalism.
