• Efficiency - Quick dispatch of your order. Maximum 24 - 48 hrs, same day in most cases for orders received before 10am.
• Security - You can track your orders, credits and payments online. The New Waves website is password protected so "end users" cannot contact us. There is a separate web site for your clients to view .
• Service - We have friendly staff and knowledgeable account managers to assist you.
• Confidence - We hold large levels of stock. You can view the stock online before purchasing. You can now get a gauge of any imminent incoming stock as well.  When your quotes turn to orders you can approve art, track the progress of the order, and communicate with us, all via our extensive and advanced website.

After you login, you can view all your account details, quotes, and invoices etc from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Please ensure that your contact information is the most current by updating it as needed.

Online Stock Check: Check stock – LIVE – and place your orders direct online using the shopping cart facility.

- Request Catalogue & Sample: New catalogues and stock samples are just a click away when you request them online.

- Request Indent Quote: Fill in a short request form and we will reply with the quote ASAP. Fast turn-around of competitive indent quote often wins the order for you!

- Showroom Sample: DIY showroom samples of your choice online and we deliver them on free hangers so you can display them nicely and professionally!

- Carton Rate Check: Online to help get your costs right.

- Your Quote / Indent Order / Mail Box: We have streamlined all your quotes, indent orders and message communication between us in one place where you can retrieve the info later – especially helpful for repeat orders!
